Vice-Chair, Education: Rose Rivezzi

Our chapter is sponsoring two enthusiastic students for a week-long experience at Camp Colby this summer. Jordan Gravelin from Potsdam and Desiree Bartlett from Ogdensburg will be taking advantage of what this DEC camp has to offer.

Our first two Outdoors-Indoors programs were enjoyed by many. We are very thankful to Phil Royce, director of the Outdoor Program at SLU, who spoke about medical emergencies commonly faced in the backcountry, and to Dick and Alison Charles, who shared slides of their amazing trip by train and car from Turkmenistan through Iran and into Turkey.
